Constitutional Amendment Process. What's scarier than witches, goblins, and werewolves? How about the Constitutional Amendment Process!

Two years ago, after the Citizens United decision, members at the LWVUS convention voted to study the process for amending the Constitution as well as the broader question of Money in Politics.

Our League has formed a Money In Politics committee (see article below), but the Constitutional Amendment study did not generate as much member interest.

The Southwest League has a study committee and they have generously invited us to their consensus meeting. The background information will be presented to everyone, but each League (the Los Altos/Mt. View League will be joining in as well) will break out for their own consensus.
